- Location: Twickenham
- Salary: £21K + £40K OTE
- Start Date: 11th March 2024
- Working Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday on rotation (Early/Middle/Late shift):
- 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- One in three Saturdays:
- 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Telephone-based sales for motor insurance
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls on warm leads
- Close sales, exceeding realistic goals
- Conduct fact finds for tailored product offerings
- Handle objections persuasively, ensuring a positive customer experience
Skills and Experience:
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manners
- Sales and customer service skills (training provided)
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Previous knowledge of motor insurance/FCA regulations beneficial but not essential
- Team player thriving in a dynamic environment
