SalaryThe role will require the post holder to, with support and guidance provided by the Estates Officer (Electrical & Controls), undertake the role of Authorised Person (AP) as defined within Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 00 for potentially multiple engineer services. This responsibility will provide the post holder with responsibility for assisting the Estates Officer (Electrical & Controls) in ensuring that he/she delivers/manages engineering services to an acceptable standard whilst ensuring CHoICE maintains its statutory, mandatory and best practice obligations to its current CFS customers. The role will also require the individual to: undertake the role and responsibilities of an electrically biased including controls and information Clerk of Works on capital schemes, minor works and specialist one off projects for building and engineering services; understand the rationale and have input into the development and maintenance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), CFS Asset register and as-fitted drawings; and provide technical support, supervision and project management of specialist contractors on behalf of the Hard FM Operations & Capital team.
