The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. ```Responsibilities``` - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians - Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects - Develop and manage the maintenance budget - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory - Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer guidelines - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions - Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime ```Skills``` - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial equipment - Proven experience in project management and leading a team - Proficient in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting electrical systems - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in English - Familiarity with logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred but not required - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines - Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for maintaining efficient operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.
