Description
As the Assistant Management Accountant, your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Coordinate the Balance Sheet reconciliations process
- Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
- Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assisting with audits and year-end financial statements
- Working closely with the finance team to analyse and improve financial processes
- Supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Adhering to financial laws and guidelines
- Attending and contributing to team meetings and sharing best practice
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- Studying towards, or willingness to study, an accountancy qualification e.g ACCA/CIMA
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
