Assistant Management Accountant Ftc

Grafton Banks Finance are supporting an exciting, East Sussex based business who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant, to cover a maternity cover contract. Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant/Assistant Management Accountant to provide support around monthly management accounting and financial planning.

Duties may cover:

• Monthly reconciliations
• Assisting with creating monthly management accounts and forecasts.
• Providing support around budgeting and financial planning
• Controlling and processes expenses
• Ad hoc support to the Finance Director across projects.

Skills/experience desired:

• Full UK driving license and access to transport.
• Available on immediate and/or short-term notice.
• Strong finance background, ideally AAT level 4 qualified.
• Confident Excel user (VLOOKUPs, sumifs, pivots tables etc.)
• Prior experience to management accounting

This role is a hybrid working role, albeit you will need to be based in East or West Sussex.
