They are looking to recruit a Management Accountant in Rugby. Ideally the candidate will have the experience in MS Excel, interpersonal and communication skills, able to prioritise workload and be able to work under pressure.
The main duties for this role will include:
- Becoming a process lead and super user on their invoice matching software
- Purchase Ledger – review, coding and posting purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, processing monthly supplier payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT –ensuring all transactions have receipts, quarterly returns and payments to HMRC
- Accounts- Month end journals inc. accruals and prepayments, cash flow forecasts and management account preparation alongside the Finance Manager
- Assist in Company payroll and HR Administration
- Assist in monitoring group KPIs
Qualifications
Ideally working towards ACCA
Experience
Minimum of 5 years within a financial role.
This role is suited to someone who can demonstrate good teamwork, communication and excel skills. It is essential that you have good literacy and numeracy skills. Full training on the software we use will be provided.
