A leading Investment Manager with c.£20bn in assets are looking to welcome an Assistant Management Accountant to their team. They are a rapidly growing firm with a superb reputation in the market and excellent leadership within the finance function.
This is a great opportunity for someone just newly qualified and looking to move out of audit into Industry!!
Your Role
* Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Doing the general ledger postings for month end accounts
* Helping to prepare the group year - end Financial Statements for several group entities
* Taking control of finance projects which will help enhance internal finance controls
* Be involved with the operational cashflow model to assist with the cashflow planning and forecasting
Your Skills & Qualifications:
* Be newly qualified ACA or CIMA
* An audit background is desirable
* Someone who is keen to work on their own initiative and keen to be involved in varied task
* Have strong excel skills
* Be confident to communicate with external and internal parties
