We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our client who is a reputable and well-established business, specialising in gelato, coffee and pastries in Holland Park.
Assistant Manager Details:
- Full-time position with up to 45 hours per week
- Salary between £27,000 - £28,000 per year
Assistant Manager Responsabilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to establish a strong relationship with the local community.
- Serve gelato, pastries and coffee ensuring the company’s quality standard.
- Oversee daily operations.
- Support the store manager in creating a strong work ethic within the team.
- Manage and recruit staff.
- Teach new staff members.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and cleaning.
Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
- Flexibility to work during weekends
- Able to collaborate within the team
- Willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Fluent English speaking and Italian would be an advantage
