GLL is looking for a fixed term Assistant Manager based at Riverside Park & Pools in South Oxfordshire.
The post holder will be responsible for the full mobilisation from 1st May 2024, through the busy season across the school holidays and will be responsible for the demobilisation up until 30th September 2024. Availability during these periods is essential to ensure the success of the season.
This is a challenging, high profile role within the South Oxfordshire partnership and requires experience of working in a busy facility with a high customer throughput and a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
The post holder will need to be highly organised with a can-do attitude, a fast learner who’s focused on customer care. This post will suit an experienced Duty Manager as a secondment role from 1st May to 31st September and requires an NPLQ, PPO, Pool Management Qualification (desirable), extensive knowledge of leisure centre operations and a track record of managing in a busy wet/dry leisure centre.
