My Client is a charitable organisation working with a nationwide network of retail outlets.

YOU WILL HAVE:
Experience in a customer facing role
Previous experience of managing people
Previous experience of retail
YOU WILL BE:
Team leader with ability to use own initiative
Warm, friendly and engaging personality with a good sense of humour
An energy and enthusiasm to succeed
Confident and articulate when speaking to customers
Ability to carry manual handling duties on a daily basis
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
To work with the Manager to ensure the retail outlet is efficiently run
Supervise and provide on-the-job training of staff, as delegated by the Manager
Assist the Manager in the management, motivation and support of the team to increase
sales and ensure efficiency.
