To join us the successful Assistant Manager will:

• Work alongside our management team to grow the business
• Knows how to train and develop a team to deliver a memorable experience
• Excellent communication skills and an inspiring leader who leads by example
• Passionate about food, wine and hospitality
• Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as an Assistant Manager
• Looking to progress into a senior management role in the next 1-2 years
• Experience working in a fast-paced quality establishment
