- Pay Rate: PAYE £200 / UMB £260
- Location: Stratford, London (50% office presence required)
- Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)
We are seeking an Assistant Resource Manager to join our Resourcing & Capability Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day resource management processes, supporting the contracting process, and ensuring efficient resource utilisation to enable people to achieve their full potential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the inbox, preparing invoices, and ensuring governance compliance.
- Monitor and update trackers, raising any issues promptly.
- Prepare materials for governance meetings and raise purchase orders as needed.
- Work extensively with SAP and SAP Ariba systems.
- Liaise with stakeholders to discuss the future of contracts and attend meetings to review contracts.
- Collaborate with the commercial team on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to understand and read contracts.
- Proven cost management experience.
- Proficiency in raising and managing purchase orders post-contract award.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with spreadsheets.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to work and happy to work with figures.
- SAP experience is essential.
