Our perfect new assistant will have a real passion for hospitality and a drive to help us continue developing the huge potential of a totally awesome high-energy business. You will work alongside the rest of our management team to help lead our FOH with confidence and care, keeping the well-being of our staff and the business at heart.
We need someone who's self-sufficient and responds positively to feedback when offered, takes the day-to-day running of our pub with attention to detail and enthusiasm. We need you to be an outstanding role model when it comes to problem-solving and customer service. You'll also have to be competent in the less exciting tasks too, such as back-of-house admin, stock control, and maintaining the company's high health and safety standards.
It will be key to have an understanding of eligibility to work and a willingness to learn when it's required of you; we're happy to teach if you're happy to listen!
