As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in helping to oversee the daily operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and that our team members are supported and motivated to succeed.
Located in the heart of Wick at Market Place, The River House is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Our cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff make us a go-to spot for delicious meals and great times.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of running the restaurant. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring quality service, and assisting with things like scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. You will also be responsible for helping to create a positive work environment where team members feel supported and motivated to do their best.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a management or leadership position, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for food and customer service is also a must!
