Located in the heart of Soho, London, Korean Dinner Party is a restaurant that takes the energy and spirit of LA’s Koreatown and combines it with the ease of a dinner at home. Standout Korean-meets-Japanese comfort food, craft beers, fresh & fragrant cocktails, and warm, family-style hospitality.
We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager with a passion for food and excitement for new adventures to start out in our restaurant. Our crew is creative, friendly, and innovative. We want your help to develop and maintain, and lead a cohesive team.

This is a fast-paced and challenging environment, within which the applicant must:
- Be very customer-focused and present exceptional standards at all times
- Have an enthusiastic, warm, can-do, hands-on, and inspirational attitude
- Be a strong manager in order to manage an existing established, hardworking team
- Show excellent communication skills and the ability to work alongside the management team to develop ideas
- Be financially focused and have budgetary control
- minimum of 1 years experience as an assistant restaurant manager
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead restaurant team and services
- Impeccable customer interaction.
- Generating sales and deliver profit targets
- Staff recruitment and retention with effective management, motivation and coaching of the team
- Understanding budgeting and GP levels
- Having consistent knowledge of current UK Food, Health & Safety legislations
