THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and strong individual to help lead the marketing team of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and optimisation of all marketing activity for the hotel, FB outlets and world’s first Nobu Pilates. You will develop and deliver the hotel’s digital and social media strategy including the conception and creation of content used across all media channels.
- To work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to achieve the vision and marketing plans To creatively approach the design and delivery of strategic multi-channel hotel and food beverage marketing campaigns including creative development, social media, email marketing, paid advertising and website landing pages.
- To manage and maintain the website, working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and developers to ensure all content including multi-media and landing pages are optimised to meet both performance and business objectives.
- To manage all social media channels from planning through to execution, developing strategies and creating relevant content together with the Social Media Executive according to brand guidelines: look, feel, tone of voice.
- To proactively suggest and recommend new promotions and partnerships for FB outlets
- To work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive on email marketing strategy and implementation of direct and digital marketing communications to the hotel’s database according to the latest GDPR regulation: strategy, planning, execution, analysis and on-going optimisation.
- Evaluate and present new opportunities across existing/emerging digital platforms for paid, content and collaborative campaigns.
- to utilise a range of online tools to identify and implement ideas, monitoring results and suggesting improvements.
- Track and report on all digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
- To ensure all channels (online, PPC, social media, PR) have brand consistency and are aligned in achieving the business objectives and raising awareness of the hotel.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven hotel industry experience in Campaign Management including creative direction, digital marketing social media management and content creation .
- Experience in FB marketing (restaurants and bars) and reporting
- Experience in use of SevenRooms or similar hospitality booking system
- A strong understanding of website UX and conversions
- Expert in Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as email marketing and social media tools.
- Strong analytical skills utilising a range of online tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords and other analytics software, preferably from the travel sector.
- Experience of implementing SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with collaborative approach
