THE JOB:
* Day to day shift management
* Development of the existing team
* Deputising for the General Manager in their absence
* Cashing up and opening duties
* Hands on service support
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Min. 1 years' experience in an Assistant Manager role in a Pub or a Restaurant OR min. 2 years' experience as a Supervisor in a high volume Pub or a Restaurant
* Eager to learn and share own knowledge with the team
* Possesses a real passion for great food and service
THE PACKAGE:
* 28-30K + tips (experience depending)
* 45h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (no doubles!)
* Meals on duty
