SalaryKipferl is the only authentic Austrian Restaurant and Patisserie in London, serving all typical Austrian Food and Drinks in our popular location in Islington’s Camden Passage, seven days a week.
We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to support our GM in all aspects of our business and support the development and growth of the brand. Together with the General Manager you will be responsible to deliver a high-quality menu and service to our restaurant customers, lead and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service, supervise the hot food and pastry production and support the fast growing distribution channel through our web shop on kipferl.co.uk.
Your responsibilities include running and managing the restaurant service on the floor, support the GM with operations and administration of the business, you will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Ideally you have experience in a busy restaurant or cafe, have been leading a team before and you are keen on growing and developing both yourself as wells as the unique business and brand we have with Kipferl.
