**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained

- Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, development, and performance management

- Oversee guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues

- Contribute to the development and implementation of creative and innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience

- Uphold the restaurant's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities

- A passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
