Are you an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager with a flair for exceptional service? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager at our highly acclaimed 3AA Rosette, Michelin accredited restaurant located within a beautiful Manor House in the picturesque Lake District, Cumbria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining establishment, ensuring impeccable service, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. This is one of the Lakes stunning hotels, views everywhere and with a service of maximum 50 it's small enough to make dining a memorable unique experience without rushing to get things done.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager in a high-end, fine dining establishment. strong rosette or michelin
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver excellence.
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- A passion for gastronomy and an understanding of Michelin standards/Rosette criteria.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
