Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their fantastic team at in Godshill near Fordingbridge. They serve fresh locally sourced food and as a small family group pride themselves on their excellent customer service.
They offer an excellent training programme and opportunities to progress within the company. You will work a 5 day week to include evenings and weekends. Own transport is essential due to the rural location and previous experience is essential.

- The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service experience to a high standard in a very busy environment
- You will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage and organise yourself and your team effectively and efficiently
- You will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail
- Own transport (no live in available)
