Assistant Night Manager

SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 4 days per week)


We are seeking a reliable Assistant Night Manager, responsible for offering a warm welcoming environment within the Front of House whilst also assisting other departments when needed within a buzzing F&B offering. Mandarin Oriental Mayfair sits on the historic Hanover Square, the property comprises 50 guest rooms and 77 residences offering our guests an oasis of calm alongside a vibrant F&B space with 4 outlets and an urban spa.

This role will include some solo working along with the responsibility of running and closing the daily reports and shifts as per Mandarin Oriental standards.

What we are looking for an Assistant Night Manager

  • Natural passion towards customer service
  • Ability to focus and self-motivate, with good attention to details
  • Able to make decisions on the spot and be proactive in an emergency scenario
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Enthusiastic in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Reliable and flexible with daily tasks
  • Run the night audit tasks
