THE COMPANY:
Our client is a highly specialised consultancy who are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join their team in London on a 10.5 month FTC.
THE ROLE:
- Manage office accommodation and facilities requirements, responsible for health and safety and updating holiday records
- Assist in implementing marketing strategy, coordinate events and monitor spending budget
- Prepare payments and ensure invoices and raised, submit VAT returns and manage petty cash
- Update travel records, responsible for booking travel and accommodation, manage the senior partners calendars and organise meetings
- Positive attitude, approachable and work well within a team
- Strong prioritising and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a similar role, working in a fast-paced environment
