Location: Mayfair
Our client, an impressive investment management firm are seeking a proactive EA to support the Founder with both his business and private work. Based in Mayfair, you will be the go-to person to ensure for the smooth running of the business and work collaboratively with one other EA. A firm that truly values their employees, you will have access to their own gym, wellness suite and get to order your lunch of choice, for free everyday.
The role itself:
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination.
- International Travel – assisting in planning and pulling together itineraries.
- Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Private duties e.g. buying personal gifts
The ideal candidate must be a natural communicator, have a muck in attitude and be unsurprisingly adaptable to last minute changes. This person will be extremely flexible and happy to work 12pm - 8pm. Not only this but they are wanting a candidate with around 3-4 years PA/EA experience on their CV, strong IT skills and a true team player.
