About the Opportunity:
Our business is growing quickly, and we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to work in our Operational Support team and focusing on Tool and Plant innovations.
The successful candidates will become part of a project team engaged in the development and deployment of materials management solutions which provide our Operations teams with innovative solutions to day to day problems - making the easy things easy.
The successful candidates will be flexible, knowledgeable and willing and able to function both within the team and independently as required.
Here's What You'll Need:
  • Drive collaboration and communication across all parties including our key suppliers, Project teams and internal Tool and Plant capabilities, not afraid to challenge the norm you will developing and implementing solutions to problems faced by our operational teams;
  • Demonstrate an enquiring mind to understand good practice used elsewhere and where we can integrate within our business;
  • Develop a rigour in process and system management that makes a step change in our current arrangements;
  • Knowledge of Project Management processes and techniques;
  • Demonstrable competence of Microsoft IT packages;
  • Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team;
  • Be able to obtain SC clearance.
