We’re working with this team to recruit an Assistant Property Manager in Dorset, although you’ll have the option to work from home too. They trust their colleagues and recognise you don’t have to sit at a desk in an office to be a great worker.
The purpose of your role will be to provide administrative support to the Property Managers within the team to enable them to effectively manage their growing portfolios. You’ll work alongside the Property Managers to provide a great service to their clients and leaseholders alike.
Duties will include:
Assisting with maintaining accurate records of property-related documentation, including leases, contracts, and correspondence
Responding promptly to enquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times
Coordinating and managing contractors, ensuring quotes are obtained and works are carried out to standard
Collaborating with internal teams - accounts, senior management, etc.
Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, contractors and leaseholders
Various ad-hoc administration office duties
