Job: ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
This is an opportunity to work as an Assistant Property Manager for a property company with a large amount of properties under management across, Poole, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.
This role would suit a lettings administrator or agent looking to make a move into property management.
As an Assistant Property Manager you will be working alongside the Property Managers and supporting them with the following:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Ensuring properties have up to date EICR, Gas Safety, Fire Risk assessments
- Liaising with works department for planned and unplanned repairs
- Daily administrative tasks
- Listing a property to rent and finding a suitable tenant via accompanied viewings and referencing checks
- Managing Deposits
- End of tenancy checks
- Preparing paperwork for Lets
- Property Inspections
- Tenancy renewals
- Knowledge of using Land registry
- Pro Map
- Managing tenant reporting system
- Managing regular contractors - cleaning, gardening etc
- Carrying out meter readings
- Liaising with Council, utility providers, block management agents, solicitors
- Arrears chasing & working with accounts department
