We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years of residential experience to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Quantity Surveying: Undertake quantity surveying duties for residential development projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cost management principles.
- Cost Estimation: Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential schemes.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration, including the preparation of tender documents and procurement activities.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Residential Experience: Utilize a minimum of 2 years of residential experience to contribute valuable insights and expertise to the development process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential quantity surveying.
- Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong understanding of residential development processes and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
