You will work closely with senior Quantity Surveyors, providing detailed analysis and reports, assisting in cost estimation and control, and managing contractual issues.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost estimation and budget control for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed analysis reports.
- Assist in resolving contractual issues and disputes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

- A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
- A valid driving licence is required for this role.
