Circet UK are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in either Slough or Exeter office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the preparation of AFPs for Altnet contracts.
- To assist with cost control on contracts, ensuring all subcontractor and DL claims are correct and allocated to the correct jobs and projects.
- Assisting with preparation of final accounts and retentions
- Assisting with interim supplier account reconciliation
- Liaise with subcontractors on the interim accounts.
- Operational link to help progress work
- Any other commercial task that arises
- Support for any other member of the team
- Monitoring, control, preparation and agreement of EWs and CEs on Altnet contracts
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Ability to make site documents to assist with costing.
- Ability to review and understand drawings.
- Good relationship building
- Strong math and number skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of engineering and technology
- Knowledge of building and construction
- Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
