Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Place purchase orders with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Receiving new shipments
- Ensure stock accuracy
Requirements
- Experience of working in building products, fixings, tools etc.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Ability to be self-organised and prioritise tasks
- Experience with Sage 50 would be advantageous

Pay: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
