This is an exciting new role due to an expanding team! Our client are a friendly and fun team who look after varied clients within their luxury office buildings and provide Reception cover.
As an Assistant City Receptionist your role will include covering the front desk alongside your Team Leader. You will also be responsible for covering the two neighbouring buildings as needed to cover other receptionists holidays/days off.
Day to day you will assist your team leader with ensuring a smooth daily running of the building with contractors and visitors, be the second point of contact for the clients with any queries or issues they may have and ensure the building is consistently in its best condition by helping to drive visual standards and chasing maintenance to complete tasks.
This role is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate to learn the ropes and have the opportunity to progress into managing their own building.
We are seeking a bubbly, friendly, reliable and willing person who will display professionalism.
- Hours: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday
- Office Location:Liverpool Street, EC2
- Full time: Office based
