Assistant Restaurant Manager Salary: £33,600 + Service Charge

Duties and tasks related to the Assistant Restaurant Manager role include

• Support the Restaurant Manager in establishing the venue as a premier destination in the local neighbourhood
• Connecting with guests upon arrival as well as through memorable goodbyes
• To own and be a guardian of the Hyatt Regency London – Blackfriars’ F&B concept, ensuring every aspect of the operation delivers and stays true to this concept
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with guests and continually explore new potential business opportunities
• Coaching and mentoring the team and recruiting future talent
