What's involved?
You will oversee a team of around 8 staff, and will work closely with the Owner, Executive Chef, and another Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including recruiting and training a great team, managing rotas, and ensuring the team deliver only the very best service at all times.
