We do retail a bit differently here at the Tour. We empower our managers to get stuck into the operation from start to finish, always leading by example. You will be confident in making changes for the better, securing buy-in from your team and driving sales and customer service KPIs.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Visible leadership presence on the shop floor.
- Drive shopfloor and warehouse efficiency.
- Clear communication of expectations to both Team Leaders and Associates.
- Monitoring and reviewing results and evolving processes to exceed KPIs.
- Protecting stock integrity.
- Creating weekly Rotas and managing Payroll.
- Identifying potential out of stock products and liaising with stakeholders to ensure stock quantities are upheld.
- Ensuring the store is merchandised to the highest standard.
- Deputise for the Head of Retail.
- Effectively able to Performance Manage individuals whilst motivating and inspiring the team.
The Essentials
- Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment with over 40 people.
- Be able to manage large rotas and handle payroll.
- Experience in a company that delivers great customer service whilst ensuring the team works in an efficient manner.
- Working with Point of Sales systems and Stock Management systems.
- Able to proactively seek out opportunities to increase sales through analysing and responding to data.
- Experience Performance Managing individuals and gaining positive outcomes.
- Experience in prioritising workload and managing change in an agile and fast paced environment.
- IT literate, well organised and strong delegation skills.
Working Pattern
- Flexibility to work 40 hours a week on a shift pattern, varying from Monday to Sunday 7am to midnight, sometimes 1am on event nights.
