Assistant Room Supervisor

Little Oaks Nursery is looking for someone to join our highly qualified team as an Assistant Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with children under 5 and hold a minimum level 3 early years qualification. We expect candidates to be dedicated to the early years sector and demonstrate a commitment to completing a level 5 early years qualification in the future.
Little Oaks Nursery is a not for profit charitable organisation, run by a management committee. Any surplus funding is reinvested into the Nursery to ensure children receive first class child care with access to a wide range of facilities and resources.
We have recently received Outstanding in our OFSTED inspection. Our report quotes:
"The staff team is highly qualified and experienced. Staff say they feel valued here and are passionate about their work with children. They benefit from access to professional development opportunities to refresh their skills and build their confidence in their role. For example, all staff have accessed training to help develop children's communication and language development. Apprentices say they are very happy with how much support they have received from their managers to assist in completing their qualifications and developing their skills to work with children."
