We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the management team!
Pearsons is the heart of the Enfield shopping experience, with a reputation for first-class service offering premium, aspirational products.
We are currently looking for a full time Assistant Manager who will support the Sales Manager to take our cosmetics business forward. You will be part of a team creating a great environment to work and shop in, ensuring the store looks fantastic, and customers are made to look and feel better than they thought possible!
To be great in this role you will
- Have Cosmetic/Beauty retail experience
- Enjoy meeting new people
- Take pride in your professional appearance and environment
- Be fantastic at communicating
- Lead by example
- Have the opportunity to demonstrate your high standards of merchandising
- Be able to utilise your interactive skills on all aspects of running this extremely successful department
