SalaryDove & Hawk are proud to be working with an independent agency based in North London. They are looking for a new Assistant Sales Manager to join their team, with quick progression into a manager role.
This role is perfect for someone who has experience in valuations, hungry for new business and is able to hit the ground running.
Duties
- Confidently register applicants, arrange, attend, and conduct property viewings.
- Strong understanding on the current market with the ability to give prospect vendors up-to-date valuations.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospect buyers.
- Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
Requirements
- The ability to bring on new clients.
- Experienced in valuations
- Full UK driving license
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work in a growing team
Hours: Mon-Thu 9:00-18:00, Fri 9:00-17:30 / 9:30-15:30 Saturdays
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Basic / £50,000 - £55,000 OTE (10% of office commission)
