SalaryA Trainee Lettings Negotiator is required by an established independent agency dealing with an extensive portfolio of varied residential property in the Woking area.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to the role along with a determination to succeed, a willingness to learn and a target driven mindset.
As travel within the local area is essential for this position, the successful candidate must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. A car allowance is included in the salary package and on site parking is available.
Working hours are 8.30 - 6.30 Monday to Thursday, 8.30 - 6.30 Friday, Saturday 9.00 - 5.00. There is a requirement to work every Saturday with a week day off every other week.
