Our client is an extremely successful Independent Estate and Lettings agent in Chertseywho are looking for a Lettings Negotiator or a Trainee Negotiator to join their successful team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:

• Answering telephone calls
• Arranging appointments
• Taking clear messages
• Registering new applicants
• Entering viewing onto the system
• Delivering leaflets
• Booking valuations
• Conducting viewings

Skills and experience required:

• Great communication skills & attention to detail
• Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
• Have strong IT skills
• Be able to prioritise workload
• Experience in administration

You Must:

• Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company.
• Hold a full clean driving licence and have a car you can use for business purposes.
