Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Guildford, who are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls
- Arranging appointments
- Taking clear messages
- Registering new applicants
- Entering viewing onto the system
- Some administration
- Delivering leaflets
- Booking valuations
- Conducting viewings
Skills and experience required:
- Great communication skills & attention to detail
- Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Be used to delivering a high standard of customer service, at all times
- Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
- Have strong IT skills
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Experience in administration
You Must:
- Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company.
- Hold a full clean driving licence and have your own car
