Assistant Service Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager to work at our newly refurbished and upgraded Fordstore operation at Whiffler Road, Norwich.
This position will suit a motivated, driven and talented individual with experience in workshop control and line management. Progression is also available for those displaying the right attributes and motivation, perhaps you have had senior or supervisory position and are looking for the next step?
The successful candidate will work in our busy car and light commercial vehicle departments, reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing our service front line and workshop teams, working closely with the Aftersales manager to ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish through the provision of excellent service levels.
