Assistant Shop Manager

Job Summary:

St Helena Hospice is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager, to work in St Helena's St Christopher Road shop on a permanent contract. The role is for 15 hours per week working on a rota working pattern basis.

Main Duties of the Job:

The key priorities of an Assistant Shop Manager are:

· To support the running of an efficient and effective shop to maximise profits from the sale of donated stock for St Helena.

· To support the volunteer team by providing communication, support, guidance and direction to their efforts.

· To promote the image of St Helena in the community.

· To display excellent customer service behaviour and strong communication skills, in giving a positive view of the organisation.
