My client is a house building company who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to work on a freelance basis on a residential project in Essex until the end of the year.
Details of the role are as follows:
- The client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager who is experienced in managing apartment builds from 2nd fix through to completion
- You will have at least 2-3 years of experience of working on a new build residential development.
- First Aid, CSCS and SMSTS certs are required.
- Start date - Immediately.
- References will be required.
- £250-£275 per day CIS.
