Assistant Site Manager

Fairmead are assisting one of our Essex based Contractors looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team. Our client is an SME contractor looking to grow their team due to securing some new contracts, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business with the ability to progress.

Responsibilities:

Assist the management team in delivering the project from inception to completion.

Communicate with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.

Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.

Required Skills:

Experience as an Assistant Site Manager.

SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work.

Awareness of Health & Safety procedures and current legislation.

Full UK driving licence
