Do you have experience operating in schools as a Site Manager or caretaker?
 
If so, we are looking to appoint an efficient and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to carry out compliance checks, maintenance, security and general management of school premises across a large and successful school in Croydon.
 
This Assistant Site Manager role is available on a permanent, full-time contract and an immediate start is required, if possible.
 
Assistant Site Manager Summary:

• An understanding of basic health and safety requirements.
• Can build and maintain effective working relationships
• DIY skills to undertake day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the building.
• Has knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures
• Undertaking minor repairs to fixtures and fittings including desks, tables and chairs.
• Is reliable, a good problem solver and able to work on their own initiative.
