Fairmead are assisting one of our fit out clients who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team. Our client is a medium size national contractor looking to grow their team due to securing some new contracts, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business with the ability to progress.
Responsibilities:
Assist the management team in delivering the project from inception to completion.
Communicate with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.
Required Skills:
Experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work.
Awareness of Health & Safety procedures and current legislation.
Full UK driving licence
