Assistant Site Manager

Daniel Owen are a recruitment business working withing Building and construction. We are currently working with a regional house builder looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a development in Exeter.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established site team delivering approximately 80 HA units over a period of 2 years. The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for technical issues and be able to resolve problems whilst delivering this bespoke and individual project. Further to this project the contractor have another site due to start locally in Exeter guaranteeing a pipeline of work in the area. Working with a great team who are well established in the company and looking to impart knowledge and offer career progression, this is a special opportunity.

An Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for:

• Day to Day management of site activities
• Reporting to the site management team to assist with on site duties
• Assisting with RAMS
• Assisting with H&S
• Inductions
• Assisting with the Management of build programmes
• Oversight of trades & sub-contractors
• NHBC Liaison
• Customer Home Demos

An Assistant Site Manager must have:

• SMSTS/ SSSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Valid UK Driving Licence
