SalaryRandstad C&P are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work in a fast-paced environment on commercial projects in central Oxfordshire. As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to oversee the successful execution of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the coordination of on-site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Supporting the Site Manager in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Contributing to the implementation of health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Helping with project monitoring, risk assessment, and problem-solving on site, coordinating with senior individuals to ensure the project is ran effectively.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience or relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices is desirable.
