Assistant Site Manager (Fit Out)

Location: Lutterworth

6 Month Contract

This Assistant Site Manager role is with one of the UK’s leading design and build fit out contractors. They have recently won a £4m scheme in Lutterworth and have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager (days). The role is for approximately 6 months and is a commercial fit out scheme of offices and a show room/laboratory including the installation of a mezzanine.

You will be reporting into a Commercial Manager.

You will need previous commercial fit out experience with a main/D&B contractor and hold the following experience & certification:

Design and Build CAT B office fit-out experience.

Strong health & safety background.

SMSTS and CSCS qualified

Competent in developing and maintaining a Construction Phase Plan.

Able to carry out inductions and achieve high scores at safety audits.

Capable of procuring all health and safety products

IT proficient. Excel, Word and power point.

Client facing and good communication skills.

Able to take meeting minutes and issue agendas
